Our Revolution
CPA Mabeya Fredrick, the Management Partner, laid down the foundation of this firm in September 2016 after devolving immense interest on Assurance, Tax and Management consultancy and having work for a period of many years in the practice and after checking on the gaps exhibited on the field of accountancy. In the earlier years and for the first time in 2017 he started as sole proprietor/partner firm in Nairobi.
He started small by serving small and medium clients in and around Nairobi and giving consultancies to outside the city.
He was later joined by Mr. Evance Odiwuor Awiti, Manager in Compliance and Risk Control in 2019, who brought on board diversified experience in auditing, project administration, risk analysis and control amongst other financial management expertise. This expanded greatly the scope of services offered by the firm to date.
The firm has been built under the pillars of Honesty, Integrity, transparency and Accountability with high ethical, Moral and professional standards.
Within this short span of time, FN Mabeya and Associates has attracted both small and medium firms to providing tax consultancy services and out sourced accountancy job. We have also collaborated with other firms and consultants to give assistance and consultancy when and where necessary.
It is not just the clients that have been served very diligently and with high customer service, the firm has also a framework to train and help graduates and CPA trainees who will form part of the firm’s network and others will build their careers elsewhere.
